The programme brings together a range of techniques required by a modern data analyst. Students will study modules in computing, data analysis, mathematics, and statistics and use acquired skills to tackle a variety of interesting real-world problems from business and industry. Good grounding in computing, mathematics and statistics is essential for creating and using algorithms for systems that identify patterns and extract value from masses of data. The programme will also develop key graduate level skills such as problem-solving and communication.
This programme will provide students with solid grounding in mathematical thinking, statistics and computing as well as a good understanding of how these may be collectively used to solve practical problems and identify patterns in data. The EAU award is accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Students who complete the programme have the option of obtaining a Coventry University certificate in addition to Emirates Aviation University award.
