Airport Ground Handling is a crucial part of aviation operations that involves various activities such as aircraft marshalling, passenger and baggage handling, catering services and aircraft preparation. The Diploma programme in Airport Ground Handling provides students with the skills and knowledge necessary to work in such field.
This is a part-time programme that offers industry-focused subjects on airport operation, airport management, customer service, passenger handling, aviation safety security, hazardous materials handling as well as focussing on the aviation logistics and the emergency response during crisis.

Internship
As part of the programme, all students will engage in a distinctive 16-week internship within dnata, consolidating theoretical knowledge with hands-on, real-world experience.
Mode of Delivery
This programme is offered on a part time block mode basis. It consists of 8 taught units and one Internship units. The duration of each face-to-face module is 5 days only (Thursday to Monday) at our campus in Dubai Academic City and online through Microsoft teams to accommodate working professionals.
